You will be able to set a default language, but viewers will be able to choose the language of their preference to read The Story in. And, we're putting the final touches on our new Android App. We hope to get it into the Android Market in March! It will be available free of charge. 100,000 Reads Online!

Today, we have surpassed 100,000 reads of The Story booklet online! Over 155 countries have flipped through booklet as well! We're excited as we've done minimal advertising, but are very thankful for those who are creating a free account and sharing The Story on their websites and through their social networks!
Yes, we're happy the booklet has been opened 100,000 times, but even more grateful that so many are reading the Gospel of Jesus. Our prayer and hope is that it rescues them and brings life and hope, just as it has to our team that's developed this booklet.

Stats & Tracking Speeds Increased

As traffic continues to increase on ViewTheStory.com, our customized tracking system with Google Map integration (page title Stats & Tracking, showing visitor/view analytics data, maps, and so forth) has slown down over the past few months.
So, we've added some new caching and other functions to speed up loading time (data related to the current month: visitors, views, cities/states/countries...) so it loads much faster now. Current month data should load very quickly. When going back to previous months, there will be a slight delay, but only as we collect the data for previous archived months, but we'll be improving those speeds in the near future.
Because of you, our site is being heavily trafficked! We're super excited as we long to get the Gospel out to as many as possible using print and the web in a creative/innovative way!

We're working with Crossway Publishers to create The Story Bible, which will contain The Story Booklet in the front, but also have an introduction to each book of the Bible and how it fits into God's overarching story! Stay tuned...
